Destinations
Well, yesterday was that day off….that many didn’t have off It was a day where many individuals woke to a dissatisfaction….they had to go to work! Was this you….or were you able to take the 3 day weekend to yourself, or with your friends and family? I know several individuals who worked…but they worked on their businesses, their opportunities, and their future. Their destinations in all aspects of their life are set…..their visions have been created When you have a goal set before you to reach….a vision of destinations you want to reach…..the labors put forth are not seen as such…..one is building a future, rather than trudging through the…

You 2.0: Reinvent Yourself
Recently I have enjoyed reading the latest book by Steve Harvey titled Act Like a Success, Think Like a Success. It’s a great read and you can cruise through it pretty darn quick. It’s a fast read but chock full of inspiration, motivation and some raw lessons on how to achieve YOUR success. One of the lessons that stood out for me was the quote in the image above. “You are never too old to reinvent yourself.” Steve Harvey It made me think how so many of us feel that the person we are right now or the person we’ve been up to this point is also going to be…

Always Remember The Mentors Who Had Your Back Jack…or Jill.
A mentor. Having one in your life is easily one of the greatest blessings you can receive while walking your unique path. As you move along on your journey, hopefully you will learn from many mentors. But today…I want you to think on those who were a mentor to you…and give supreme thanks. You see…they invested time and effort into helping you discover something deeper about yourself. You might have never seen that powerful ability, that skill set or that knowledge within if that mentor had not pointed your vision in that direction. Many times we wander and drift never truly seeing who we are and what we are capable…

Memorial Day Memory
The above is a picture which hangs at the American Legion, Cordova Post 13 in Williams,AZ. This display had been dedicated to my dad, a ‘purple heart’ recipient and Vietnam Vet who served with the Cavalry. You see, when the Gulf War broke out, or when Desert Storm had started, I went to my dad to speak to him about enlisting as an 18 year old. Thinking this would make him proud to have his first and eldest son follow his steps for the country he once served for, I found out that I couldn’t be more wrong. As a kid, I saw the after effects of the war. I…

Possibilities…
As co-creator of this blog site, one thing you may not realize, is that many of the photos I use are photos that I have taken myself. And as you begin seeing my photos, one thing you will realize is that ‘I love silhouette shots’……. I love black and whites….. I love taking shots that trigger the minds to create various possibilities of what can be seen in the shots In a world where many of us need to see everything in all it’s colors so nothing is left out…. We need to see life as what could be….. Create our own versions of what can be…. Take the brush…

Unseen Journeys
“The mind is like a phantom that lives only in the past or future. It’s only power over you is to draw your attention out of the present” Dan Millman~~’Way of the Peaceful Warrior’ In living in the past or future, it is not being in the present that our lives stay the same….life stays stagnate….shifts are not created, for we are caught up in what is or what was, rather than what can be as a result of taking proper action. “I’d always believed that a life of quality, enjoyment, and wisdom were my human birthright and would be automatically bestowed upon me as time passed. I never suspected that…
