Kobe Bryant Retires…and that’s OK. So by now most of you have seen the news on ESPN or CNN or something other network…Kobe Bryant is retiring after this season. He will no longer be rocking the purple and gold of a Los Angeles Laker. After attempting to come back from another tough injury..his body can no longer recover and bounce back like in his youth. So Kobe Bryant….a Laker legend….one of the best in the history of basketball…is walking away. Though “words” have an impact……”silence” can echo an eternity. At times we tend to say too much, or we spend more time trying to find words to express our emotions……when the ‘power of silence’ speaks volumes. I find myself falling into the habit of using big words, or trying to find many words to share in a podcast, the copy of post, or even to define the meaning of an Instagram post…..
